Returns

If an order you have received is damaged due to delivery handling please contact us STRICTLY within 3 days of delivery. A photograph is required of the item you wish to return which can be emailed to info@poeticcreations.com.au. We will be happy to arrange a replacement for you. Postage costs for goods returned will be refunded to customer and a replacement will be delivered as soon as possible at no extra charge. We cannot replace goods that have been used, washed or incurred damage in the handling of the customer.

Cancellation of Orders

Contact must be made BEFORE the despatch of your order to be considered for a refund. Cancellation of any orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total invoice amount.

Delivery Information

Delivery is available Australia wide and arrangements can be made for international orders. Customer orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received. We use Australian Registered Post and Australian Express Post for urgent orders. Poetic Creations will endeavour to have orders delivered within 3-5 business days. If you have not received your order by the fifth day please contact us and we will track your order and get back to you. If an order is urgent please contact us to arrange an Express Post delivery which will incur an additional charge.
